Each morning we have a daily “huddle” meeting at 8:38 according to “Verne Harnish” and “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits”. While we love the connection with our staff, bringing in multiple offices on video conferencing brought some challenges. One of which was a lack of enthusiasm for the meeting’s content. One of the lawyers from a remote office wanted to discuss some changes that the team had considered. This video is the outcome of that conversation.
