This research footage was shot during the making of the 8th Grade Films Documentary “KISS Loves You”: In 1994 Gene Simmons & Paul Stanley of KISS made a surprise appearance at an unofficial Kiss Convention in Michigan to reclaim some old costumes that a collector had on display. @ShockGod16 Fuck me?I don’t think so.You should have been in San Fransi sco or New York last saturday if that’s you’r thing.Hell you couldn’t have found a bigger kiss fan than me from 74 to 2000.When Paul came out and said they didn’t need the original fans anymore they had a whole new group of fans that did it for me.Those two pricks wouldn’t have taken a damned thing i bought and paid for.He bought it had a bill of sale and they refused it when offered to them.He would have won in court easy.

@Warchief01 Fuck you KISS is among the many bands that loved their fans and they know if it wasn’t for fans there is no KISS.Thats why even being old they still give us more action.Sure there is the money too but they don’t need it.KISS had earned a plenty load over their 35 year reign.
@robertnobody Hey fuck you man don’t make comments on things you don’t know.Paul,Gene admits and knows they wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Bill.They love Bill and he has been a part of KISS since the beginning and Bill has never missed any concert since until his illness took over.Paul and Gene knows now that a part of them is gone and they have stated it.Don’t you ever think they want to steal all the glory KISS is a band that had lost many friends but kept going on in their names.

kiss never knew about this stuff being sold the way it was, they had every right to take back what was legally their property, weather you bought it or not, its theirs and they had every right to take it back. just for the record kiss doesnt need you as fans, they are still filling stadiums !!!!

I just can’t believe how they could do this.. Same with Bill Bakes stuff, right?! He received Ace’s costumes in person from him & some other stuff as a gift for fixing his guitars.. & when he appeared at the conventions he was thrightened by Gene & Paul to come take the stuff … Really weird. And kind of rude of G & P.. the fans made them what they are and to get something so valueble woud mean the world to a fan! I doubt the money crazy kiss duo wouldn’t care at all except for the money
kiss tricked fbi agents into commiting this illegal confiscation they took personal items from fans, took costumes that were legally bought from the sale of the warehouse. kiss pulled a complete scam… gene simmons knew and ripped these people off anyway.

Bill Aucoin was a pretty visionary guy at the beginning of Kiss’ career. He did so much to get them to break big in the US. Too bad how it all played out all the way around.
The BUSINESS MANAGERS said no. Bill himself suspects KISS was never told about it.
Just saw KISS three nights ago for 60 bucks, and that’s a mid-range ticket. Wouldn’t exactly call that “expensive”

It was his belief in the concept and his money that he invested to get them going.
Gene and Paul like to take all the credit, but that is not true. Without Aucoin the world would have never heard of KISS.
yeah,I used to be a loyal fan, now When kiss is questioned about their extremly high ticket prices they basically say “if you can’t afford it ,fuck off,No longer a fan
i dont gettit….they were offered the stuff and turned it down, but when the people who NOW own the stuff put it on display, NOW all of a sudden they want it back…….its like an ex wanting to get back with you and you say no, but when you see them with someone else, THEN you want them back all of a sudden…..
